Meet Karli

Karli Langeland - Account Manager

Karli joined Superior Trucking Payroll Service as an Account Manager in April of 2025. She’s already making a positive impact with her attention to detail and caring approach.

Karli got her professional start at PetSmart, where she followed her passion for animals by working as a groomer and bather. Her journey has always been rooted in helping others—whether it’s four-legged clients or hardworking folks in the trucking industry.

When you talk to Karli, you’ll notice something right away: she cares. A lot. Her friends describe her as “the mother of the group”—selfless, supportive, and always there when you need her. That same heart drives her work at STPS. “Knowing that I’m helping people get their paychecks—that’s what keeps me motivated,” she says

Fun Facts About Karli:

Outside the office, Karli is full of surprises. She’s a pasta lover, a language enthusiast (currently studying Bosnian!), and a fan of foreign music. On weekends, you might catch her relaxing with her two cats, watching Kitchen Nightmares, or playing video games. Oh, and did we mention she loves roller coasters, reptiles, and dinosaurs?

Her favorite season is fall, she dreams of one day being fluent in Bosnian, and we’re excited to see all the ways she’ll grow with us.
