What happens after I request a quote for trucking payroll services?

What happens after I request a quote for trucking payroll services?

We’ve all had the same experience, you put your email address in the box and hit send, and suddenly as if from nowhere, you get hundreds of emails about all sorts of products and services you never asked for or maybe never even knew they existed.  And, to top it off, you know they all came from that internet contact form because you accidentally missed a letter in your name and they all have the same error!  All this spam for the crime of wanting to know about a product or service.

All this spam for the crime of wanting to know about a product is not cool.

That’s not what we are about and to be fair, I would imagine most of our competitors are the same, at least I hope so.  This is what we will do if you decide to complete the request a quote page form.

First, we will try to contact you.

We do this so you know we received your email and so you can select a time for a brief conversation.  But why do we need to talk?  Because we want to make sure that you get the solution you want, even if it is not us.  Some companies are better fits for ADP or Gusto or Inuit payroll.  Since our mission is to help trucking families, we have to tell you if we aren’t the best fit for your needs.  To determine that, we need to talk to you about your trucking company and learn what your needs are and what solutions you’d like to experience as a result of switching or outsourcing payroll service providers for your trucking company.

Why do we need to talk? Because we want to make sure that you get the solution you want.

After this conversation, we will present a proposal to you showing the total costs and expected results of working with us.  If you decide that we are the best fit for your trucking company, we can put together a transition plan with you that meets your objectives.  If you decide that there is a better fit for you than us, that’s ok too.  We will still invite you to take advantage of our webinars and articles but we won’t pester you about it.

By the way, here’s our pricing chart for ten or less employees.  We don’t think it tells the full story of how we can help your trucking company but we also want to be transparent about it.
