Do You Pay More Than Just Truck Drivers?

We get calls at Superior Trucking Payroll Service from potential clients that have been concerned we ONLY pay truck drivers. The question usually is, “What about my office employees?  Can I pay them through you too?”

The answer is, “yes”, of course you can. Truck drivers are an integral part of the transportation business, but they are only one important component of your business. We understand it can take many hands to make a trucking company profitable and run like a well oiled machine.

Your office personnel are responsible for customer service, logistics, and documentation. You may also have sales agents that hunt down new clients and bargain contracts, as well as dispatchers who take care of the logistics between loads and drivers. If your business is big enough and you have a lot of equipment, you may also have shop/maintenance employees or maybe warehouse employees. Each and every one of these people is part of your trucking family, and we understand that.

You may also have owner-operators that move some (or all) your loads, we can pay them too.  We are capable of paying both 1099 contractors right along side your W2 employees.

Our Mission as a specialized payroll service is to Help Trucking Families. That means we include your whole business. All employees are just as important as the truck drivers.  Our company was founded on the need for a payroll service that understood how to pay truck drivers.  Past experience showed how frustrating and time consuming National Brand Payroll Services could be, they just don’t know about trucking and for sure don’t understand how to pay your drivers.

Before coming to Superior Trucking Payroll Service, in 2011, Melisa worked for a trucking company with 50 trucks. She was the one who processed the driver’s miles and expenses.

Because of this experience, she understands the challenges our clients go through each week while preparing their payroll data for us. Customer service is #1 for Melisa. Her goal is to treat our clients like people with true and real needs, not just another number.
