How long is your payroll contract?

How long is your payroll contract?

We get that question a lot. Many payroll companies, in fact, the majority of them, require the new client to sign a contract for at least a year. Some companies even lock you in for three years. They do this because a new client that pays one time and ghosts is not a profitable customer. Understandable we suppose. Our contract length?

We don't have one!

We have no time commitment or fee for leaving.
We believe that if you want to leave you should be able to. Simple as that!

In trucking, we know things are result based. If you sign a contract with a shipper and loads don’t make it on time they may not use you again. Even if your contract has a time span, we all know that if you have service failures it may lead to you not getting loads, no matter what the contract says. We operate the same way. You will be presented with a contract to sign, it does not list how long you are required to use us. If we fail you, you can leave anytime. That’s the way you should be treated.
