One of the services included in our payroll package is weekly paystub emails. But sometimes our clients’ employees struggle to find these emails in their inbox. Below are a few of the reasons why you might not be getting your paystub emails:

① There is a typo in the email address you gave us, if this is the case, contact your employer (sooner rather than later) and       they will contact us to correct the mistake

② Your email provider could be assuming that the emails are spam, check your spam folder, and if this is the case, unmark       the emails as spam, and add the email address to your contacts
