Meet Elisabeth

Elisabeth Ryder - Junior Software Developer

Elisabeth became part of Superior Trucking Payroll Service in March 2022, taking on the role of a junior software developer. As a child, she often found that manipulating words, numbers, equations, code, and computer programs were very engaging to work with. Instead of solving jigsaw puzzles, she preferred the challenge of troubleshooting why a screen wasn’t displaying as she intended. This passion has come in handy with her work with us today. Elisabeth is passionate about promoting harmony and efficiency wherever she goes.

Before joining us, Elisabeth worked at Culver’s. When she worked there she gained skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and always looking for a way to help. Each day brought a new challenge and new times to continually use her ability to take life as it flew in chaotic ways like a ceramic ball in a pinball machine. Her goal was to always leave each guest feeling heard, fed, and happy whenever they visited.

Fun facts about Elisabeth!

Elisabeth enjoys tinkering with pens! She loves trying out different combinations of pen bodies and refills. She also enjoys journaling with her unique Traveler’s Notebook setup. She has currently been using a Zebra Sarasa Study with a Pentel Energel 0.3mm refill.

Elisabeth has traveled frequently to Mackinaw Island for many family trips around Memorial Day. There were many tent camping trips when she was a young adult and became an easy go-to for family trips as there were often many places to tent camp, rent a cabin, or camp out in a pop-up camper all in the same handful of parks in St. Ignace or Mackinaw City. Her family photo albums often feature at least one, if not several, pictures of the Mackinaw Bridge every year during Elisabeth’s teenage years.
